The past two weeks have been overwhelming. 

The Cook Family would like to extend thank you to all who offered a hand and support during this sad time.   

A couple of the messages we received have made a big Impact on our journey to finding comfort in such unbearably painful times …

We wanted to share the following words…

“I hope you guys are able to find some comfort in knowing whatever demons Caleb was facing are now gone, and that while he has left behind all of you to feel the sadness, anger, regret and every other emotion which words cannot describe, he can now rest peacefully in Jehovah’s memory.”

And “Our hearts are so broken for you.  We loved Caleb and were so caught off guard.  It seems that Satan is using this tactic on God’s People, but please remember Jehovah knows and loves you and he says (Jeremiah 29:11) “For I well know the thoughts that I am thinking toward you, declares Jehovah, thoughts of please and not of calamity, to give you a future and a hope and you will come and pay to me and I will listen to you”   

DO NOT give up your hope, Jehovah knew Caleb better than anyone.  He knew his makeup chemically and emotionally.  He will take all things into account.  Things we do not know and cannot see, and things that were not shared.  The plagues of his heart.  Do not allow Satan to take away that hope, rely on Jehovah and trust in him with your whole heart.  Pour out all your concerns to him in prayer.  We love you all so very much and are not ceasing to pray day and night for you.  Our hearts are with you.”

Thank you again, for all the cards, phone calls, personal visits and condolences that were delivered during this sad time.  Caleb will not be forgotten and we look forward to a time when we will be reunited in the resurrection.
