SLV Trout Unlimited Chapter Holding Meeting

The San Luis Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited will hold its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 7 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Alamosa Senior Center, located at 92 Colorado Ave. in Alamosa (north end of Cole Park)

This is our first meeting after our summer break, and we invite anyone interested to attend. This month our program will consist of two parts.

Part 1:  Seamless Integration - Going Commando - By Doug Camp

No, this has nothing to do with whether you wear briefs or boxers under your pants, but it will focus on “how-to” techniques by one of our chapter’s best photographers/fisherman with lots of pictures of successful fishing trips!

Part 2:  Summer Fishing - By You

Bring a favorite picture and/or story about your fishing adventures this summer.  If you have a picture in some digital format (preferably on a flash drive or computer), we should be able to project it on the screen for all to view.

As always, the meeting is open to the public. Refreshments will be provided, and a prize drawing will be held at the end of the meeting.

Trout Unlimited is dedicated to the conservation, preservation, and restoration of North America’s Coldwater fisheries and their watersheds.
