SLV Republican Party opens local office

ALAMOSA — The San Luis Valley Republican party would like to announce the opening of their campaign office for the months leading up to the General Election on November 3rd. This will enable the Rio Grande, Saguache, and Alamosa GOP groups to promote their county candidates, as well as the state and national contenders running for office.

By serving all counties, this will allow a central distribution for candidate campaign information, signs, sending out mailers, answering questions or whatever is needed to further the candidacy for those of the Republican Party. The office can also be used for candidate “Meet and Greets,” training sessions, petition signings, and voter registration.

The GOP office is located at 817 Main Street (across from Pizza Hut) with office hours allowing voters an opportunity to visit. Office hours for the office are Monday from 10 a.m.- 3 p.m. with Tuesday through Friday being 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

As the campaign season progresses, evening and Saturday hours are possible. They invite all to feel free to stop by for a cup of coffee while picking up campaign literature, yard signs, candidate and party information, and the National Platform of the Republican Party. A good political debate is also on the table. They look forward to visiting with any who desire to see all GOP candidates be successful in their individual campaigns.
