Sil-Vera V. Eisenberg

SAN LUIS — Pueblo and former San Luis resident Sil-Vera V. Eisenberg, 97, passed away peacefully November 14, 2019 at the University Park Care Center with her loving family by her side.  Sil-Vera was born on July 22, 1922 in San Luis, Colorado, the daughter of Leofredo Valdez and Francisquita Taylor.

Sil-Vera was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, cousin, aunt and friend who enjoyed going swimming, cooking, baking, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Her love for God and family was always number one in her life.

Survivors include her daughter Connie G. (Roy) Summerford of Auburn, AL; son Michael A. (Dawna) Vialpando of Pueblo, CO; 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Sil-Vera was preceded in death by her parents, husband Joseph Alexander Eisenberg, sisters Augustina Espinoza, Beatrice Haas, Esther Novack and Maria Valdez.

A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 20149 at 1:00 p.m. at the San Francisco Cemetery in San Francisco, Colorado. To leave online condolences please visit romerofunrealhomes.com. The care of arrangements have been entrusted to Romero Funeral Home of San Luis.
