  • Jenna Barnard, 18 of Zimmerman, Minnesota, was cited for driving 10-19 mph over the speed limit at the 22000 block of County Road Six North.
  • Marcus Martinez, 46, Alamosa, was cited for littering at Rio Grande Avenue along the river dike.
