Scott Watkins, 52, passed away in his home on June 22, 2017.

Scott was born in Denver, Colorado April 29, 1965 to Floyd Watkins & Vonnette Stubert.  He graduated from Sangre De Cristo High School in Mosca in 1983.

Scott worked for the San Luis Central Railroad company until his illness prevented him from doing so in September of 2013.  He also worked for others such as Rocky Mountain Bison, Kehlers Ranch, and C&D Services.

Scott loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and taking his dogs everywhere with him.  He always spoke his mind and never had a problem with telling things exactly how he saw them.

He is survived by his father, Floyd Watkins of Ft. Lupton, Colorado. Sister, Anita Watkins of Arvada, Colorado.  Brother, Tracy Watkins of Gillette, Wyoming.  Sister, Isabelle of Ft. Lupton, Colorado.  As well as numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.

Cremation was chosen and entrusted to Rogers Family Mortuary of Monte Vista with services being held at a later date.
