Roy Manzanares (Zebedeo Rosenaldo Manzanares), 95, passed away peacefully on Jan. 3, 2023. 

Roy was born on Sept. 15, 1928, in Los Valdeses, Colo., to Francisco Ignacio Manzanares and Marie Rosana Montoya. He is survived by his beautiful wife Mary, three daughters; Terry Quintana, Sandi (Gregg) Yoshida, Charlene (Terry) Huffman, four granddaughters, nine great-grandchildren, and his brother Leo Manzanares. 

Roy worked for the Monte Vista School District until he retired. He was also an active member of the Knights of Columbus. He loved fishing and spending time with his family. 

There will be a private graveside service for the family.
