MONTE VISTA — The Rio Grande County Democratic Party will have its county reorganization meeting on Thursday, Feb. 7 beginning at 6 p.m. in the downstairs meeting room of Carnegie Public Library in Monte Vista. New leadership will be elected. All registered democrats may attend; however, only central committee members may vote.
