This male 7-year-old 15-pound mix, possibly Yorkie, “Sammi,” was found in the middle of the highway by Del Norte. He was skin and bones and nearly dead, but he has thrived under foster care in the last several months and is ready for a new home. He’s loving and can use a dog door.
