ALAMOSA — On August 7th the Region 8 Healthcare Sector Partnership awarded three $2,000 scholarships to healthcare students Lilliana Marie Chavez, Victoria Lindsay Campbell, and Savanna Rochelle Edgar.

The Sector Partnerships goal is to strengthen the healthcare pipeline for the San Luis Valley, by raising awareness of education and careers in the Valley while working with partners to close gaps and enhance resources.
