  • Damian Casias, 19, Pueblo West, was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign at 1301 Main Street.

  • Mourad Maes, 44, Denver, was summoned for violating a restraining order at 631 Main Street.

  • Frances Willett, 71, Alamosa, was cited for failing to yield at 1000 Ross Avenue.

  • Mickey O’Connell, 24, Alamosa, was cited for second-degree burglary and theft between $799 and $1999 at 420 State Street and resisting arrest at 310 14th Street apartment J.

  • Victoria Vialpando, 17, Alamosa, was cited for failing to yield at 805 Maroon Drive.
  • Karissa Rios, 23, Monte Vista, was cited for possessing schedule I and schedule II controlled substances, possessing drug paraphernalia, obstructing a police officer and theft at 2005 Main Street. There were 8.52 grams of heroin and 2.63 grams of meth recovered from Rios.
  • Johnathan Rutherford, 23, Monte Vista, was cited for possessing schedule I and schedule II controlled substances, possessing drug paraphernalia, obstructing a police officer, theft, driving with a denied license and two counts of tampering with physical evidence at 2005 Main Street. There were 8.52 grams of heroin and 2.63 grams of meth recovered from Rutherford.
  • Nicole Chavez, 37, Alamosa, was summoned for driving with a suspended license at 3000 Clark Street.
  • Rhonda Matthews, 38, Alamosa, was summoned for harassment at 511 Sixth Street.
