• Adam Flores, 30 of El Prado, New Mexico, was summoned for driving without a license, driving without insurance, displaying fictitious plates and driving 10-19 mph over the speed limit at the 1700 block of State Avenue.
• Annetta Sutter, 32, Alamosa, was summoned for disturbing the peace at 3333 Clark Street.
• Krystinia Morgan, 27, Florissant, was cited for driving without a seatbelt at the 200 block of Craft Drive.
• Callie Adams, 37, Alamosa, was cited for driving without a seatbelt at the 3200 block of Main Street.
