Colorado State Patrol responded to this pickup versus horse and buggy accident on Highway 370 on Thursday, Oct. 18. The pickup driver was cited for careless driving. “Please pay attention to slow moving vehicles,” the State Patrol cautions. “There’s no reason for this to happen. Luckily no one was injured, but the horse has a slight limp.”
