Valley resident Peggy Lou Tubbs, 80, passed away In Alamosa, Colorado on May 6, 2017.  Cremation was chosen and entrusted to Rogers Family Mortuary of Alamosa.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at the St. Thomas the Apostle Episcopal Church in Alamosa at 2:00 P.M.
