ALAMOSA — Loved Patricio Julian Reyes passed away on December 18, 2020, at his home in Colorado Springs.

Affectionally known as “Pat”, he was born in Alamosa on July 14, 1945, and was the first child to Patricio and Rose Reyes, who have preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents Julia Carson Noriega, grandfather Max Martinez and Great Grandparents William and Louisa Carson.

Pat was the epitome of a big brother, and with 13 siblings, he honored this role each day of his life.

Michael,(Yvonne)Gloria, ( Late husband Bob Deen)William, Maxine, Danny, ( Barbara)Tandy, Donald, (Christine), Brenda, Robert, (Michelle), Johnny, (Sabrina), Audrey, Mary Louise and Patsy made him a brother and uncle to many nieces and nephews, who made him an even greater uncle to their children.

Pat is survived by his wife, Delfina, his three children, Valerie, Michelle, and Michael, his four grandchildren, A.J., Dominic, Carson, and Sofia, and great-grandchildren, Lathan and Brooklyn.

He’s also survived by Aunts Lucy Martinez and Hortencia Cruz. And many many cousins.

Pat was a proud veteran, serving seven years in the United States Army, which included three tours in Vietnam.

Pat will be fondly remembered for his sense of humor and the love he had for his family, immediate and extended.
