Outcalt Foundation donates to SLV Crimestoppers

Karla Shriver, trustee of the Outcalt Foundation, hands Alamosa County Undersheriff Shawn Woods, the SLV Crimestoppers chairman, a $10,000 check to help the organization with increased cash rewards and community involvement on Friday.

“We believe in the mission and goals of the San Luis Valley Crimestoppers and encourage others to give also,” said Shriver. “We hope these funds will be just one tool for local Valley law enforcement agencies to use to help address the crushing impact of drugs and related crimes here in the San Luis Valley. Crime has no jurisdictional boundaries.”
