Members of the Alamosa Rotary Club and Friends of the Library join the Alamosa city council Wednesday night to celebrate the “book bike,” an environmentally friendly bookmobile that opens up to serve as a library on wheels. The book bike is a project of the Friends of the Library with generous support from Rotary.
