ALAMOSA — Colorado State Engineer Kevin Rein will hold an open forum in Alamosa on Friday, May 11 to discuss water issues of the San Luis Valley. The forum will be held at the Rio Grande Water Conservation District Office, 8805 Independence Way in Alamosa, and will begin at 11 a.m. This is a chance to meet the State Engineer and discuss water issues or concerns.
