ALAMOSA — The Victim Assistance and Law Enforcement (VALE) Board for the 12th Judicial District, which includes the counties of Alamosa, Conejos, Costilla, Mineral, Rio Grande and Saguache, has announced the availability of local VALE grant funds for programs and projects that provide services to victims of qualifying crimes.

Funds are available for the period Jan. 1, 2020 through Dec. 31, 2020.  Applications are due by 3 p.m., Monday, Oct. 15.
