Lifetime La Jara resident Efriem “Faunae” Edward Romero, 52, passed away on October 10, 2020. He was born on January 19, 1968 in La Jara, Colorado to Leroy and Rosemary (Valdez) Romero. Efriem truly loved above all else spending time with his family and friends. He also loved to draw and cook.
He is survived by his father Leroy Romero, his siblings, Cedric (Maxine) Romero, Johnny (Cheryl) Romero and Miriam (Nicholas) Barela as well as his nieces and nephews, Jared Romero, Adrian Romero, Jamie Romero, Juanito Romero, Jonah Romero, Joshua Romero, Samantha (Giovanni) Ortega and Aaliyah Barela as well as numerous other loving family and friends.
Efriem was preceded in death by his wife Karla Romero, his mother Rosemary Romero and his grandparents.
