ALAMOSA — Amendments Y and Z are on the November ballot. They will establish an independent commission for congressional and the state legislative redistricting.  Both amendments will be explained by Fair Maps Colorado and League of Women Voters of Colorado/SLV during an educational meeting on October 17 in Room 302, Adams State University Library, starting at 7 p.m.  There is a parking lot to the west of the library and for convenience there is an elevator to the third floor.
