ALAMOSA — Kiwanis Club of Alamosa would like to congratulate the two recipients of the Robert Foote and Frank Moore Memorial Scholarships! Jisella Cortez Ruiz and Colten Smith are both deserving, hard-working college students, and the club wishes them the best in their academic journeys!
