Her sons established the food bank to help without having to qualify.
Mrs. Ocana was a very active member of her church the Apostolic Church of Jesus.
Serving as Treasurer for many years. She was also active in the Senior Center of San Luis where she also served as Treasurer.
Everyone that got to know her stated, “If she doesn’t make it to heaven, I will never have a chance”. She lived a life respecting others and always measuring what was right and wrong by what the Bible taught, which she studied daily.
She was very healthy all her life with a great mind and knew two days before she left, sharing with her daughter that in two days she would be going home, and she did. The Lord took her so very fast, yet with no pain and suffering. God is good.
Will be on the 21st day of October, which was set to celebrate her 90 birthday, we will now celebrate her life at GRACE CHAPEL in San Luis, 9th and Alfonso at 11 a.m.
