ALAMOSA — “Love cannot remain by itself—it has no meaning. Love has to be put into action and that action is service” (Mother Teresa). Alamosa Presbyterian Church, the Unitarian Universalist and the Alamosa Anabaptist Fellowships will put our words into action by jointly working on a Habitat for Humanity project this Sunday. We will meet at 10:30 a.m. at the Habitat site, 1605 Edison Avenue, starting with a brief inter-faith worship followed by hands-on service, ending around 3 p.m. Bring work gloves.
