On Tuesday, January 12, 2021, Jerid Thistle, loving son and father of one, passed away at the age of 40. Jerid was born on April 14, 1980 in Bellingham, WA to Jeff and Ann (Barber) Thistle. He attended Meridian High School, Bellingham where he spent all his free time snowboarding at Mt. Baker.

Jerid had a passion for tinkering in mechanics and making things run.  There wasn’t a motorcycle or classic truck that didn’t catch his eye and he combined this with his love of old discarded parts by creating extraordinary art. He was known for his infectious laugh, his kind spirit, and joy in the little things in life.

Jerid is predeceased by the love of his life, his wife, Amanda. He is survived by his mother Ann, his dad Jeff and stepmom June, his brother Jeffrey and stepbrothers Chad and Jared, and daughter Mya and many friends.   

He is loved and will be missed. Donations in his name can be made to the American Heart Association.
