Alamosa resident Jeremy Lee Lucas Ruybal, 41, passed away December 21, 2017 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on June 18, 1976 to Debbie Ruybal (Bonadies) and Anthony R. DuPont in Alamosa, Colorado.

Jeremy was a loving son, father, brother, nephew, cousin and friend who enjoyed drawing, watching the Denver Broncos, listening to music and spending time with his don and his grandmother Martha who recently passed away.

Survivors include his mother Debbie Ruybal-Bonadies of Alamosa, CO; father Anthony R. DuPont of Alamosa, CO; son Orlando Casebolt-Ruybal of Monte Vista/Alamosa, CO; aunts Marlene (Isidro) Collazo of Denver, CO; Linda Ruybal who was also his “Nina” of Denver, CO; uncle Leroy (Dora) Ruybal of Denver, CO; half brothers Andrew J. DuPont , Anthony F. DuPont, Adelmo DuPont all of Monte Vista, CO; half sister Antoinette DuPont of Monte Vista, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Jeremy was preceded in death by his grandfather Leroy T. Ruybal and grandmother Martha Ruybal.

Viewing and visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 from 2-6 PM at the Romero Funeral Chapel in Alamosa. A Family gathering will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Romero Valley Funeral Home in Alamosa. Graveside Service to follow at the Alamosa Cemetery. The care of arrangements have been entrusted to Romero Funeral Home of Alamosa.
