SAN LUIS — The Lobato v. Taylor Class Action Lawsuit officially came to a close after 2019, however the judge left the door open for those who had not yet come forward and are entitled to access.  A few years back a map known as the Van Des map was discovered and the then current owner, Bobby Hill, agreed that all properties contained within its boundaries would have access.

A hearing will be held in Costilla County District Court, San Luis, on Friday, Aug. 30, at 11 a.m.  to appoint Marty Tetach, with Formation Environmental as the individual who will identify those access holders.  Areas believed to be granted access are old San Acacio, Garcia and areas within that were missed by the previous title company.
