Glyn Dean Carson passed away on Nov. 20, 2017 in La Jolla, California. He was born in Del Norte on April 28, 1944 and was a lifetime Colorado resident. He and his wife Carol began spending the winter months in La Jolla four years ago. He was preceded in death by his mother Charlotte, father Glyn and Son Marty Carson.  Glyn owned and operated both the Monte Vista and Alamosa H&R Blocks for over 25 years.  He loved beer, golf, the Denver Broncos and family get togethers.  He is survived by his brother J Roy Carson, wife, Carol Carson, sons Jeff and Andrew Carson and granddaughter Emily.  He will be greatly missed.
