FORT GARLAND — La Puente’s Food Bank Network of the San Luis Valley is pleased to announce the grand opening of the Ft. Garland Food Pantry.  The grand opening is an opportunity to celebrate the many partners that have contributed to making this community resource possible.  Most importantly, collaborators want those in the surrounding areas to know about the close resource.  The food pantry will be open Mondays from 1-4 p.m.  Fresh produce, nonperishable items, dairy, bread, and meat will all be available.  The food pantry will also join the other 14 pantries in the La Puente Food Bank Network.
