MONTE VISTA — A food safety class for cottage food producers will be taught on Thursday, June 29th, at 1:30 p.m. in Monte Vista at the CSU Extension Office located at 1899 E Hwy 160 (on the Monte Vista Coop property).

Cost of the three hours class is $30. Participants will receive a certificate on completion.
