Eliseo "Lee" Medina of Lakewood, Colorado, passed away on June 10, 2018 in his home after a long battle with cancer. Lee was born in Monte Vista, Colorado and attended Monte Vista High School and Adam State College. He was married to his wife Peggy and was a loving husband and father. Lee is survived by his wife Peggy, his son Justin Gillis, daughters, Yvonne Garcia, Cinnie Hope Medina and Elisha Trujillo. Grandchildren include Jasmine Garcia, Jessica Gutierrez Garcia, Grandsons Anthony Medina, Emiliano Medina, great grandsons Esvin Chic-Garcia, Ezekiel Chic-Garcia. Siblings, Judy Montoya (Walter) Monte Vista Colorado, Bernie Jacques (Virginia) Monte Vista Colorado, Henry Vigil (Joyce), Denver, Colorado, Juanita Vigil, Loveland, Colorado and Julia Martinez Denver, Colorado. Lee was preceded in death by his son Joslin “Josh” Trujillo- Medina, Mother Cinnie Jacques, sisters Lorrain Jacques Duran, Florence Jacques Montoya and his brothers Kelly Jacques and Michael Vigil. A viewing will be held at 5:00 p.m. on June 14th with a Rosary following at 6:00 p.m. at Romero’s Mortuary, 1805 S. Sheridan Blvd. Lakewood, Co. 80232. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 15th, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at His Love Fellowship Church located at 910 Kalamath Street, Denver Colorado with burial services to be held at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
