HIGHLAND, UTAH — David D. Krout, of Highland, Utah, lost his battle with cancer May 9, 2019, surrounded by his loving family. He was born Feb. 13, 1966, in Alamosa, to Dennis and Sally Krout. He was a loving husband to Jeannie and together they raised five beautiful children.

He was a hard-working construction manager. In his free-time he enjoyed woodworking, classic cars, boating, spending time with family and most of all serving others.

Dave is survived by his loving wife, Jeannie; children, Matt (Kelli), Suzie (Nate), Winslow (Abby), Emily (Dallen), Adrianne (Hunter); grandchildren, Alexis, Sophie, Myles and Ryanne; parents, Denny and Sally; siblings, Tami (Eric) and Jana (Bobby); numerous nieces, nephews and countless friends. Dave was preceded in death by his brother, Larry.
