Costilla teen found safe
Search party locates Curtis on Saturday
SAN LUIS– Thomas Curtis, 15, was found safe Saturday by a search party organized by the Costilla County Sheriff's Department.
Curtis went missing on Nov. 15. He was last seen on his bike near Rio Grande Ranches near Road G in Costilla County. He was supposed to go down to the river, but he never arrived and his bike was later found in an abandoned trailer on Road G.
