Alamosa city hall is festively decorated for the holidays. The 11th Annual Alamosa Celebration of Lights will begin at city hall, 300 Hunt Ave., on Friday, Nov. 30, at 5:30 p.m. and include the courthouse on Fourth Street and visits with Santa at the Roast, 420 San Juan Ave.
