ALAMOSA — The Alamosa city council will meet today, January 3, at 7 p.m. at city hall, 300 Hunt Ave., with agenda items including a public hearing on an ordinance prohibiting marijuana consumption clubs within the city limits.

A 6 p.m. work session will be held to discuss decriminalizing municipal offenses.
