Del Norte resident Carol Lynn Rue passed away April 27, 2017 at her home under Hospice care with her loving family by her side. Carol was born on March 29, 1943 in Ashland, Oregon, the beloved daughter of Warren S. Morgan and Betty V. White. Carol was a devoted, loving and hard working daughter, mother and grandmother who made her life’s work taking care of her family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Survivors include her mother Betty White of Myrtle Creek, Oregon; daughter Kathy (Robert) Willschau of Del Norte, CO; son Michael (Valerie) Rue of Del Norte, CO; grandchildren Chad and Keith Willschau, Wendy, Adam and Tyler Rue. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.

Carol was preceded in death by her father Warren S. Morgan and husband Leroy Rue.

Cremation was chosen and services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice Del Valle, 514 Main Street, Alamosa, CO. 81101. The care of arrangements have been trusted to Romero Funeral Home of Monte Vista.
