ALAMOSA — On Friday, October 6, the San Luis Valley Brewing Company will host an evening of Bluegrass & Brews in support of the valley’s Alpine Achievers Initiative (AAI).  

AAI works throughout the San Luis Valley, providing positive and educational youth development through activities in the outdoors.  A national AmeriCorps sponsored program, Alpine Achievers representatives will be on site from 6-10 p.m. for those who would like to learn more about the program.

The night’s activities include silent auction items benefiting the program and top-notch Bluegrass featuring “The G Street Ramblers” beginning at 8 p.m.  The event is free, and open to the public.  

The San Luis Valley Brewing Company will be donating a portion of the night’s proceeds to the youth empowering efforts of AAI.
