ALAMOSA — Alex Joey Rendon was born July 17, 2017 at SLV Health to Allen and Kirsten Rendon of Alamosa. Alex weighed 6 pounds 11 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long.

Welcoming him home are big brothers Carlos and Julio.

Maternal grandparents are George and Antoinette Garcia of Alamosa, and paternal grandparents are Julia and the late Joseph Rendon of Sanford. Great grandmother is Eleanor Tapia of Denver.
