SAGUACHE — A BEST for Mountain Valley Schools BBQ/potluck information event will be held on Thursday, Oct. 19 at 6 p.m. at the Saguache Community Center. State legislators Sen. Larry Crowder and House District Rep. Donald Valdez will be the guest speakers.

The Mountain Valley School District has been awarded a $27 million BEST grant towards a new school and is seeking voter approval for a $3.72 million bond issue to match the BEST grant.
