ALAMOSA – Pete Atkins of Monte Vista recorded a hole-in-one Thursday at Cattails Golf Course.

Atkins’ ace came on the fourth hole and he used a 13-degree hybrid to cover the 140-yard distance.

Witnesses included Junior Atencio, Jeff Rayburn, Paul Lemon and Dave Broyles.
