SAN LUIS — On May 27th, the Costilla County Sheriff’s Office received a call of a fire located at the 800 block of Alfonso St. in the town of San Luis. Bobby Aragon, the owner of the property, was doing yard work and due to the wind the fire traveled east, catching a Chevy Cavalier on fire. The Cavalier was fully engulfed in flames.  After a thorough investigation Aragon was cited with fourth degree arson, according to the sheriff’s office.
