Alexandra Kim Mondragon

Antonito resident Alexandra Kim Mondragon, 33, passed away Nov. 25,2019. Alexandra was born on Feb. 8, 1986 in Alamosa, the beloved daughter of Nicholas Mondragon and Brenda Vigil.

Alexandra had a kind and loving heart, she was as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside. She was a loving daughter, mother, sister, granddaughter, aunt, cousin and friend who enjoyed watching movies, listening to music, writing letters and music and spending as much time as she could with her family and friends.

Her time with us was not long enough, but Alex left us all with special memories of her that we will cherish and last a lifetime.

She will live on through her parents Nicholas Mondragon and Brenda Vigil of Antonito; daughter Chalyce Ortega of Antonito; brothers Brandon Mondragon, Aaron Mondragon, Jeremiah Ortega all of Antonito; grandparents Marcos Vigil, John Mondragon both of Antonito; Arthur and Rose Mendoza both of Alamosa. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Alexandra was preceded in death by her grandmother Elsie Vigil and great-grandmother Adela Trujillo.

Cremation was selected and a Memorial Mass will be held on at a later date at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Conejos. Inurnment will be held at a later date.
