Alamosa State Bank announces promotions

ALAMOSA — The Board of Directors of the Alamosa State Bank are proud to announce the following promotions effective immediately: Holly Ribaudo to Sr. Vice President, Joe D. Martinez and Chas Moeller to Vice Presidents.

Holly has lived in Alamosa for 30 years and has been employed by the Alamosa State Bank for 28 of those 30 years. She was born and raised in southeastern Colorado in the small town of Fowler. She attended college in Gunnison and Pueblo and graduated from CSU Pueblo with a degree in business finance. Holly’s then fiancé and now husband got a job and moved to Alamosa, where she joined him.

Holly’s husband, Joe Ribaudo, is a local realtor in Alamosa. They have two grown children (Brett and Courtney) who remain in Colorado and one grandson who is the light of their lives. Joe and Holly are active in their Alamosa church and enjoy the community.

Joe Martinez was born and raised in the San Luis Valley. He graduated from Sanford High School in 1995. He attended Adams State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance/economics in 1999 and M.B.A. in 2012. Joe began his career as a loan officer in 1999. Joe’s 19 years of lending include consumer, mortgage, commercial and agricultural lending.

Joe is very active within the community and State of Colorado having served on numerous boards. Presently he serves as a member of the ASU Foundation Board, Alamosa County Land Use Board, and as an assistant football coach for the Alamosa Youth Football Program. Joe and his significant other Amanda Hopkins live in Alamosa where she is a licensed and practicing attorney.

Chas Moeller is also a lifelong resident of the San Luis Valley. He was raised on a cattle ranch north of Antonito. Most of his upbringing was spent working cattle or in the hay fields. He graduated from Centauri High School in 1994. In 1998 he graduated from Adams State University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance. He began his banking career in 1998, as a credit analyst. In 2011, he accepted the agricultural loan officer position with Alamosa State Bank. In all, he has nearly 20 years in banking.

In his spare time, he enjoys coaching youth football and basketball. He is currently a member of the Alamosa Rotary as past president. He and his wife Melissa have been married 13 years and have two children (Brayden and Kamryn.)
