Alamosa Public Library hosts origami workshop

ALAMOSA — The San Luis Valley Origami group also known as SALVO folds a variety of paper models every month.

This fun day of folding paper will be held July 14 at the Alamosa Public Library located at 300 Hunt Ave. in Alamosa.

Starting at 10 a.m. there will be an easy-to-intermediate folding session for both beginning and returning folders. Following immediately after from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., there will be an advanced folding session, which will feature more complex models.

Parents are requested to stay with their children who are 12 years old and younger.
