ALAMOSA — Alamosa city council meets at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 16, at city hall, 300 Hunt Ave., with agenda items including a first reading on allowing limited placement of political signs in public rights of way. A 6 p.m. work session is planned to discuss recycling.
