Rochelle Quintana was cited with criminal impersonation at 1100 8th St.

Steven Doyle, 48, was cited with driving under suspension, operating an unregistered vehicle, failure to present insurance, and displaying fictitious plates at 8th St. and Railroad Ave.

Joshua Barela, 26, was cited with domestic violence, violation of a restraining order criminal mischief, and obstruction of telephone service at 3333 Clark St.
