ALAMOSA COUNTY — Leobardo Ortega Anaya, a 22-year-old from Center, was cited for careless driving and taken to the hospital after his 2002 Acura sedan hit an oncoming 2018 Volvo semi-truck at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
