The Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) on Tuesday announced that $31,768,715 in annual state Severance Tax and Federal Mineral Lease Direct Distribution payments have been made to 489 Colorado counties, municipalities, school districts, and federal mineral lease districts.
