Constituents challenge Tipton at town hall

U.S. Rep. Scott Tipton was greeted with many boos and little applause during his town hall held at Alamosa City Hall on Tuesday evening. The standing-room-only event lasted a little over an hour and Tipton began by discussing his legislation.
