City approves land exchange with RV resort developers

ALAMOSA — In a 5-1 vote with Councilman Michael Carson opposed and Councilman David Broyles absent, the Alamosa city council on Wednesday night approved a land exchange of city ranch property for private property belonging to Rio Bravo RV Resort developers.
